Before you get offended, relax.

I care deeply about my clients.

What I don't care about is all the stuff that comes with helping them.

The midnight text.

The Saturday showing that pops up right before dinner.

The 14th phone call in an hour because they just thought of one more thing.

The fourth walkthrough.

The fifth offer revision.

The emotional spiral after reading comments from strangers on Facebook.

The panic call because Zillow said something weird.

The twenty-seven screenshots of houses that were never actually contenders.

I don't care.

Because that's my job.

Buying or selling a home is a huge deal. For most people, it's one of the largest financial decisions they'll ever make. It's emotional. It's stressful. It's exciting. It's terrifying. Sometimes all within the same fifteen-minute period.

So when a client calls me for the tenth time in a day because they're nervous about an inspection, I don't roll my eyes.

When someone texts me at 11:47 PM because they suddenly remembered a question about the appraisal, I don't get annoyed.

When a seller wants to walk through every single showing comment and analyze it like we're breaking down game film before the Super Bowl, I'm in.

Because they're not hiring me to unlock doors.

They're hiring me to be in their corner.

Real estate is full of moments where people feel vulnerable.

Maybe they're moving because of a new job.

Maybe they're getting married.

Maybe they're downsizing from the home where they raised their kids.

Maybe they're dealing with a divorce, a death, or a major life change.

Those moments matter.

And if you need to call me five times to feel confident moving forward, call me five times.

If you need me to explain the same thing three different ways, I'll explain it three different ways.

If you need someone to tell you that you're not crazy for being nervous, I'll do that too.

You know what I actually care about?

I care about protecting your money.

I care about negotiating aggressively when it matters.

I care about spotting problems before they become expensive mistakes.

I care about making sure you understand every decision before you make it.

I care about making sure nobody takes advantage of you.

I care about helping you win.

That's where my energy goes.

The extra calls?

The extra questions?

The random texts?

The endless brainstorming sessions?

I don't F'N care.
